Joya9 APS Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Joya9 APS platform, including the website and mobile app. Joya9 APS is an internationally licensed online gaming operator providing services in Bangladesh and select other countries.

These terms and conditions take effect as soon as you register on Joya9 APS. Continuing to use the platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

A personal account is required to access services on Joya9 APS. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number is required to register. Mobile number verification is mandatory.
• Your full name, date of birth, and address must be entered accurately. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for large withdrawals — you will need to submit a photo of your National ID card or passport.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is recommended to keep your account secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the Joya9 APS support team immediately.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Joya9 APS platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory and will be verified.
• If a member is identified as a minor, their account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided.
• Joya9 APS may request proof of age from any member where there is reasonable cause for suspicion.
• Parents are advised to use parental controls to protect minors from accessing gaming content.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Joya9 APS supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Please read the deposit and withdrawal guidelines carefully.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Joya9 APS does not charge any transaction fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Joya9 APS reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for any unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Joya9 APS offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

Wagering Requirements:

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. Full terms for each offer are available on the Rewards Page.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from activation.
• Joya9 APS reserves the right to void bonuses and investigate accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.
• Free spin bonuses can only be used on designated games.
• Reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP bonuses may each have their own separate terms.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the Joya9 APS platform are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

• Match fixing or any manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited. If evidence of manipulation is found, the account will be permanently closed.
• Winnings resulting from software bugs or technical errors are not valid, and Joya9 APS reserves the right to reclaim such amounts.
• If you are disconnected during a game, the bet for that round will be refunded — though this depends on the specific rules of the game.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Joya9 APS reserves the right to change odds in Sports Betting. The odds at the time a bet is placed are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Joya9 APS platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately placing bets with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using Joya9 APS to launder money is a criminal offence.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Attempting to hack the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Automation Software: Placing bets using bots or automated software.

Any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Joya9 APS may suspend or terminate an account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• At the direction of a regulatory or legal authority.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team — the process will be completed within 24 hours. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Joya9 APS is not liable for the following:

• Game interruption due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues with the member's own device or software.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure — service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• Any loss resulting from a member sharing their password or login credentials with another person.

Members are solely responsible for any losses incurred through gaming. Joya9 APS is a gaming platform — it does not guarantee winnings.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold or rented to any third party.
• Payment information is stored in encrypted form.
• Information may be shared when required by law or requested by a regulatory authority.
• Contact the support team to update or delete your information.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the Joya9 APS customer support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• Please include your account number, transaction details, and a full description of the issue in your complaint.
• If internal resolution is not possible, international arbitration procedures will be followed.
• Joya9 APS's decision is final in any Sports Betting dispute.

12 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

Joya9 APS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified before any changes take effect.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Joya9 APS's interpretation and application of these terms is final.
